I am a CELTA qualified (Cambridge Certificate in English Language Teaching to Speakers of other languages) ESL Trainer with more than 5 years of teaching experience. I have tutored students of diverse ethnicities, ages and levels. I am passionate about teaching and am particularly enthusiastic about preparing students for exams like TOEFL & IELTS. I was a Human Resources Consultant (MBA in HR & Marketing) before pursuing my career in teaching.I find teaching to be a very rewarding and fulfilling job.As a certified NLP practitioner (trained by the co-founder of NLP, Dr. Richard Bandler), I understand that every individual learns differently and therefore use NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) techniques to come up with a strategy tailoring every lesson to meet the needs of each individual student. I have travelled to more than 14 countries. Having lived and worked overseas, I have first-hand knowledge of various challenges one faces when learning and communicating in a foreign language.My lessons are engaging, fun and of course productive. I am enthusiastic, encouraging and always sensitive to the needs of my students helping them to learn at their own pace, paying attention to the English skill area that is important for them to succeed in their work, study, or leisure.

I am very adventurous and love to explore; getting to know new people and places through traveling and experiencing what various cultures have to offer. I especially enjoy trying new foods and learning to communicate in foreign languages.I have a passion for lifelong learning and strive to impart that on all of my students. I believe learning a new language should be a fun and enriching process.
